a new restaurant, inspired by the travels of Desta and Chef Russell
Klein. It was Chef Klein's heritage that brought us through Austria
and Hungary. It was the cuisine and the brasseries dotted throughout
the cities of Europe that inspired us to create one here - celebrating
the cuisine of the continent; from Eastern France, though Belgium, Switzerland
and Germany, through Austria, Hungary, Northern Italy and more.

as these are some of the foods that influenced grandmother's cooking
